Ditch the Label are one of the largest pro-equality, anti-bullying charities in the world, working to empower people aged 12-25 to overcome bullying. We are a digital charity which means that our support is provided online through our website. We provide one-to-one help and group support in addition to widely used self-help guides. We don’t just talk about bullying, we help people through things such as mental health, coming out and low self-esteem.

Survivors Network
Survivors' Network is a registered charity that aims to reduce sexual violence and its impact on survivors' lives. They provide a number of services, listed below.

The helpline and text service is for self-identifying women.
The drop-in is open every Monday and Thursday evening 7pm-9pm at 6a Pavilion Buildings, BN1 1EE
The drop is is a service for any self-identifying woman, aged sixteen years or older.
There is a Counselling service for self-identifying women aged 14 upwards and young men aged between 14-18 years old. Counselling is free if you are 14-18 years old.
Advocacy provision, which supports survivors through the criminal justice system, is open to people of any gender over the age of 14.

MindOut
is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay men, bisexual, transgender and queer people.
Based in Brighton and Hove, they provide advice and information, advocacy, a peer support group programme, peer mentoring service, an anonymous Online Chat service in the evenings, wellbeing courses and workshops, and a food & allotment project.
They also provide LGBTQ mental health and affirmative practice training for groups and organisations.
